For more than two decades Leadership At Work has been establishing itself as an industry leader when it comes to developing professional leaders and facilitating organisational change across Geelong and Ballarat. Our mantra of helping willing managers to become more effective in their role by enhancing their leadership and management skills is achieved by incorporating our key values of customer care, business growth, innovation, self development and community.
Although our offices are located in Geelong and Ballarat, we are an Australia and South East Asia-wide human resources consulting and training organisation. Our aim is to deliver effective outcomes and improvement to organisations and their people through a range of leadership, management and organisational development programs. We provide comprehensive integrated human resource, management and leadership development programs, tailored to meet individual client needs.
Robert Re established Leadership At Work in 1987, following a 10-year career in senior HR management. Since then, HR and organisational development specialist Belinda Fyffe, and business and community development expert Brad Clarke have joined the team.
Leadership At Work also works in partnership with Corporate Plus in providing workshops and training. Corporate Plus is an Australian-based consulting and training provider with a holistic approach to an organisation’s needs.

Brad Clarke
Organisational Development FacilitatorBrad Clarke is Leadership At Work’s Geelong-based organisational development facilitator. Brad brings creativity and effective workshop strategies to teams and organisations looking to build healthier, high performing culture. He works by the mantra, connecting people, performance and prosperity, Brad’s passion for community growth and leadership underpins his work with individuals and teams to promote strong, sustainable outcomes for all stakeholders.
Brad’s creative and adventurous style creates an exciting, flexible and engaging approach to training, personal and team development. Clients can expect high levels of participation and commitment to the process of improvement when working with Brad.
Brad’s critical areas of expertise include ‘recruitment for success’, organisational culture, team development and strategic workshop facilitation. He also plies his trade through Better Communities Consulting.

Emily Re
Strategic Leadership ConsultantEmily is the most recent addition to the Leadership At Work team, bringing a background in primary school teaching in Australia and internationally. An active volunteer in many charitable organisations, including her current role with Very Special Kids supporting families with children facing life-limiting conditions. Emily also has authentic lived experience of the challenges faced by parents and carers returning to the paid workforce. Emily will be primarily working on the Leadership in Life workshops, bringing her passion for connecting people and empowering them to live healthy, balanced lives both at work and at home, in a collaborative, empathetic way.

Belinda Fyffe
Human Resources & Organisational DevelopmentBelinda is a professional and experienced HR and organisational development facilitator based in Ballarat. She has a long professional history of involvement with coaching and training, implementing human resources processes and solutions in Greenfields sites, financial planning and forecasting, business strategy and direction setting. With senior management experience in industries including retail, manufacturing and local government, Belinda is able to draw on her vast experiences to bring her training sessions to life.
Belinda understands that leadership and management skills can be taught and learnt. Therefore, she is concentrating her efforts to help businesses increase their competencies in these important areas, and ultimately help them achieve their visions and goals.
Belinda is also a published author of the book Cutting Through the Staff Maze: The Basics of Human Resources.
The book acts as a guide for new managers and small business owners managing staff. It is also a practical reference guide for HR graduates and anyone wanted an understanding of the nuts and bolts of HR processes
and how to implement a basic HR structure in Australia. The reference guide is written in four parts:
